Deposits made via mobile banking or e-wallets are usually credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. Network issues may occasionally cause delays. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, please contact support.

taka33 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees. These fees are set by the payment provider and are outside taka33's control.

In the "Responsible Gaming" section of your account settings, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after 48 hours.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed to mobile banking or e-wallets within 3–30 minutes. Your first withdrawal may be delayed if KYC verification is not yet complete. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum limit depends on your VIP level and chosen payment method. Standard members can withdraw up to BDT 50,000 per day.

If more than 1 hour has passed since your request, please contact the support team. Have your transaction reference number or screenshot ready. Most issues are resolved within 15–30 minutes.

After your first deposit as a new member, the welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically. A 100% bonus means a BDT 1,000 deposit earns you BDT 1,000 in bonus funds — up to a maximum of BDT 5,000. No separate claim is required.
